Delete Your Sakhi Cloud Account
This page explains how to delete your account in the Sakhi Cloud app, published by Sakhi Cloud India Private Limited.
How to request deletion
Email us at support@sakhi-cloud.com from any address, including:
- the phone number your Sakhi Cloud account is registered under, and
- the word “Delete” in the subject line.
We will verify the request via the registered phone number and delete the account within 30 days of verification.
What is deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove:
- your profile (name and phone number)
- your chat messages
- your product catalogue and photos (shopkeeper accounts)
What may be retained
Records of completed orders may be retained where they form part of another user’s business records (for example, a store’s order history), or where retention is required by law. These records are no longer linked to your active profile.
